James went above and beyond with anything we requested and anything we asked during our buying/selling process. After a listing would go on the market for less than 1 hour, I was in contact with James, who quickly set up the appointment and met us there. While showing properties, he was extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process along with helping us understand the pros, cons, easy fixes, and problem areas for each home. As a picky buyer, James never made me feel uncomfortable with my likes/dislikes. We had both difficult buyers and a difficult selling agent to deal with and James not only maintained professionalism but was able to effectively communicate with both parties while easing our mind through the process.
