A native of Peru, Luciana came to the U.S. through the Rotary International Youth Exchange Program in 1993 and has, since, enjoyed a diverse career in both,the private and public sectors having worked for several companies as well as the State Government.

Ms. Baca-Hager was an International Account Manager for New Pig Corporation based in Pennsylvania, where she was in charge of International Sales for Latin American and the Caribe Regions. She worked, briefly, as a Loan Processor in Virginia and then became the Office Manager for Triangle Quality Foods, LLC, marketing and distributing food products in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. She has worked in the Telecommunication industry as a Call Center Supervisor for Atlantic Broadband in Western Maryland and later, as Manager for the Eastern Shore Offices located in Grasonville, MD and Middletown, DE.

Ms. Baca-Hager received a Bachelor’s Degree from Frostburg State University, where she double majored in International Studies with a concentration in Business and in Foreign Languages & Literature.
