Jakeisha was born and raised in Chocolate City, Washington, DC with deep family roots in Philadelphia, PA. Keisha started her Real Estate career in as a Licensed Administrator for Prudential Carruthers Realtors in 2006 where she met James Blackwell. 

Jakeisha left the Real Estate industry in 2008 and focused on her career in Information Technology as a supervisor and Jr. Systems Administrator. When Jakeisha decided to re-enter the Real Estate Industry, she knew working with James would be the best for her career.

Jakeisha, has been a resident of Anne Arundel County for 25 years and loves spending time with her four grandchildren, playing Spades/Bid Whist and supporting her favorite sports teams.  Jakeisha promotes the importance of generational wealth and would like for everyone to have the opportunity to become a homeowner.
