Cheryl Dunford has 39 years of federal service as a business professional in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. She has a master’s in Procurement and Contract Management from the University of Maryland University College.

She joined Blackwell  Real Estate in August 2023 to help others achieve their vision of owning their dream home.

Cheryl is a native of Harford County and resides in the area with her husband and dog. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking new recipes, engaging in home design projects, and playing with her grandchildren in her leisure time.
